Adam Heine is the CEO and President of both Consolidated Development Corporation and Camden Securities Company. He is also the founder of Great Hill Investments, LLC. Adam joined Camden Securities in 2009 and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of investment, development, and property management. Since joining in 2009, Adam has successfully overseen the acquisition, development and repositioning of over 2,000,000 square feet of retail property and 8,000 multi-family units throughout the United States. Today, he is focused on further growing the Companies’ national portfolio of mixed-use, multi-family and retail investments in US cities and states with the criteria of growing populations, attractive environments for corporate operations, sound government fiscal policy and where demand clearly outstrips supply. “Our investment analysis begins with finding the right geography where to invest and then finding opportunities where our decades of knowledge and trusted relationships can seek out value with successful execution.” Adam graduated from Denison University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. Prior to joining Camden, Adam spent 14 years in the capital markets while working for Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse. Adam is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

Jeffrey Cairney is the VP of Finance, Acquisitions & Asset Management for Camden Securities Company and Consolidated Development Corporation. Jeffrey joined Camden Securities Company in 2016 with responsibilities for managing all aspects of asset management, development, and acquisitions. Prior to joining Camden, Jeffrey was a Senior Associate with Pacific Star Capital where he was responsible for multifamily, and retail acquisitions and asset management. He began his real estate career in 2009 with Pacific Medical Buildings as an analyst. Jeffrey holds a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management from San Diego State University.
Julianne is the Office Manager for Camden Securities Company. Julianne joined Camden Securities Company in 2014 and is responsible managing company operations. Prior to joining Camden, Julianne was an asset manager with Houlihan Parnes Realtors focused on multifamily and industrial assets. Julianne began her real estate career in 2002 as a licensed real estate agent in Florida. Julianne holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Tampa and a certificate in Real Estate Finance & Investment from New York University. Julianne is a licensed real estate broker in New York and sales associate in Florida.
Raja Sibai is the VP of Development & Acquisitions for Camden Securities Company and Consolidated Development Corporation. Raja joined Camden Securities Company in 2016 and is responsible for acquisitions and development, as well as asset management of existing properties. Prior to joining Camden, Raja began his career at Rosser International, an architecture and engineering firm headquartered in Atlanta, GA. After 10 years, his last role was as Partner in charge of the General Practice division. Raja holds a Master of Business Administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, and a Bachelor of Architecture from Southern Polytechnic State University.
Spencer L. Feldman is VP of Operations and Acquisitions for Camden Securities Company and Consolidated Development Corporation. Spencer joined Camden Securities Company in January 2021 with responsibility for assisting with all aspects of asset management, development and acquisitions. Prior to joining Camden, Spencer was an associate at Reitler Kailas & Rosenblatt LLC, a New York City based law firm specializing in corporate and real estate law. He began his legal career at Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft LLP’s New York City office in 2016. Spencer received his Masters in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, his J.D. from Washington & Lee University School of Law and his Bachelor’s degree from Trinity College.
Jason Lopez is the Assistant Controller for Camden Securities Company and has over 20 years of accounting experience across multiple industry sectors. Jason began working at Camden in 2018 and is responsible for overseeing the financial asset management of retail, mixed-use, and residential properties and investment entities. Jason graduated from Fairfield University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
Melissa Biolchini serves as the Controller and Internal Accountant for Camden Securities. She has over 27 years of financial accounting experience in real estate and prior banking experience. Melissa joined the company in January 2022 and is responsible for overseeing the operations of Camden Securities’ commercial retail assets. Prior to joining Camden Securities, Melissa worked for both privately held and public real estate companies that included multi-housing residential and retail portfolios. Melissa received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1995 from SUNY Plattsburgh.
